Why GAF Book Award Winner, Stuart Brody, Chose to Fictionalize His Book About Hubert Humphrey

Stuart Brody, 2024 winner of the Grateful American Book Prize, started to become very interested in politics and government in the wake of Kennedy’s assassination, which happened when he was a boy. In this video, he talks more about his burgeoning interests and how, because of letter-writing campaign he spearheaded, he was invited to Washington to meet Humphrey.
